Senior Communication Consultant and Project Manager

Can you plan and manage communication projects effectively? And do you write well, and can you communicate clearly and accurately?  

Join us and become Senior Communication Consultant and Project Manager in Employer Branding & HR Communication where you together with four close colleagues will plan and execute a wide range of internal communication activities to ensure the right messages reach the right audience. You and your colleagues will also be responsible for branding the company as a workplace.  The team is part of our HR function, People & Development.   We look forward to welcoming you in our team, where brainstorming and laughs are highly valued, and you’ll gain a great professional network across the organisation.  

Your key tasks will be to 

• plan and carry out internal communication that supports our people strategy and enhances employee engagement 
• write articles, leaflets, texts for SoMe channels etc. and perform other communication tasks 
• manage various projects from planning to execution and handle the production of communication materials by coordinating with translators, graphic designers and other external suppliers 
• maintain and develop the people portal on our intranet (based on SharePoint). 
  
  

Your competences include that you 

• have a relevant master’s degree in communication studies, e.g. a Danish cand.merc.(kom) or cand.comm. degree 
• have experience with project management and communication 
• have experience as an internal communication advisor, including change projects, and have worked with employee engagement  
• have experience as copywriter and can communicate complex matters so they are easy to understand 
• speak and write Danish and English fluently, enabling you to communicate smoothly and efficiently across our international organisation. 

 It’s also crucial that no communication task is too big or too small for you, and that you’re an independent self-starter as well as a team player contributing with sparring and an extra hand when needed. You’ll need to be creative as well as structured – and have an eye for the devil in the detail. You’re flexible and prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the best results in a large organisation where the expectations are high.
