Would you like to pioneer talent acquisition and secure the brightest talents for DONG Energy? Join DONG Energy and become Senior Consultant in Recruitment for our talent acquisition function which has been established recently in order to secure a steady pipeline of high-calibre people for strategic areas. We secure excellent matches between talents and our organisation as well as build up knowledge about key external talent pools and combine it with our employer branding efforts. The department is part of our Group functions, which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group Support, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be based at our office in Gentofte. However, you should expect limited travel activity in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility You will be responsible for driving and developing talent acquisition across DONG Energy. Working hands-on with recruitment processes, you drive a flawless search process while efficiently handling a wide range of internal stakeholders, including senior management. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: .secure the best talents for strategic areas in DONG Energy .create effective pipelines of pre-approved candidates in order to decrease lead times .build significant market intelligence around candidate pool dynamics in niche areas .grow our database of high-calibre candidates .ensure best utilisation of our own talents. Internal mobility is a key concern for DONG Energy, and therefore we are looking to launch a number of initiatives. Accordingly, you will also play a significant role in the development of our internal mobility setup. Your profile We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive recruitment experience from a recognised executive search agency. If you also have corporate experience with talent acquisition this would be an advantage. You possess the integrity and personal impact to engage comfortably with senior executives. As a person, you are analytically strong, structured and well-organised, and you perform well under pressure and know how to prioritise. You are an excellent communicator and are honest and confident when challenging and pursuing your own point of view. Finally, you are able to quickly grasp complex business issues.
