Help facilitate a culture of continuous improvement As Senior LCI Consultant, you work full time on-site across departments with a primary focus on influencing, coaching and challenging managers and people leaders in adopting and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives. In order to create sustainable change and tangible results, you: Participate in and facilitate improvement initiatives ranging from pinpointed actions to end-to-end process improvements Train leaders and employees on how to use LCI tools, methods and structures, as well as coach leaders and employees on LCI mind-set and behaviors Participate in the continuous development of consultancy approaches and LCI tools and methods - adapted to suit the needs of a product development organisation Support the global LCI agenda by cooperating on developing LCI concepts and you network across the company on common LCI tasks and challenges Participate in the development and ownership of LCI standard tools and methods Join our LCI community Stepping into this role, you will mainly support the product development organisation in Billund, but will also become part of a global LCI community. In particular, you will interact with LCI Consultants, Process Consultants and Project Managers on implementing LCI in a diverse, fun and challenging organisation. Moreover, you will clearly agree with customers and colleagues on the success criteria of consultancy tasks, including scope, deliveries and roles. In order to move our organisation towards a culture of Continuous Improvement, you readily apply change and stakeholder management techniques, and as a consultant, you always strive to stay a neutral partner to your customers. To succeed, you: Have 3+ years of experience and a proven track record with successfully implementing Continuous Improvement and/or LEAN initiatives Hold a relevant academic degree - and experience with and/or certifications within Continuous Improvement, change management, facilitation and communication techniques is an advantage Have experience with working in a large, complex organisation implementing sustainable change Are an excellent communicator, and you speak and write English fluently Bringing it to life "The LEGO® Spirit of "Only the best is good enough" is truly at the heart of Continuous Improvement.
