Then we might be looking for you to become Senior Consultant within Engineering & Quality. You raise the bar for LEGOs learning activities - on a global scale It will be your job to strengthen the training activities and knowledge-sharing by use of systematic and well-documented concepts and principles, such as TWI. The aim is to deploy the enormous amounts of knowhow available, and make sure this knowledge is distributed systematically. You are responsible for training the trainers and for securing accept of the importance of a structured training and transfer of knowledge. To do so, you will: Get access to the management of the functional areas, understand their situation and convince them of the value of training Fill the gap between local needs and global direction within learning Act as sparring partner for the trainers on how to use the methods and concepts Ensure continuous development of learning and knowledge management approaches Support governance and alignment across cultures and geography You will have an extremely inspiring job building a solid contact network to be used in order to succeed in your long-term planning of overall and strategic learning activities. The international aspect of this job will take you travelling for some 20-30 days year pear. Confident learning specialist with life experience and authority You hold a degree in HR, Organisation or a business-related discipline. If you have a degree in Education, Teaching or Psychology, it will be a major plus, although not a prerequisite. On top of that, you have at least 7 years' experience with HR learning and development. This means that you are able to work dedicatedly with learning activities on a very high level in order to support an important growth agenda.
