You will report directly to Senior Vice President, Head of Cards Services, Business Service Management and be a part of the four–leaf clover management team in Business Service Management. The position will be based in Copenhagen and approximately 30 travel days can be expected. Key reponsibilities and tasks Working as Senior Consultant you will independently run projects and lead multi-cultural teams implementing process improvements to advance customer experience for BtB customers and improve end-to-end process efficiency. You will be exposed to a variety of classical consultancy and project management tasks and engage with a variety of stakeholders on all levels of the Nordic organisation. You will play a key role in the transformation of crucial delivery processes in the interface between our sales force, business development and the delivery organisations, Technology and Operations. •Driving change projects and work streams independently •Solving problems in a structured and analytical manner •Facilitating workshops to identifying opportunities and co-creating solutions •Conducting analyses, developing recommendation and other decision support •Communicating insights and results to senior decision makers •Influencing key stakeholders on senior management level An overall theme within the responsibilities of the position is to drive forward process improvement in the Business Service Management team and across the value chain.
