Are you an experienced change leader? And would you like to help the LEGO Group increase its business performance by building people capabilities and facilitating Continuous Improvement in the service and administrative areas of the EMEA region? Take on a challenging role in our business The LEGO Group is committed to implementing the LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) mind-set across the organisation. You will join the journey at a time where you can make a huge difference for the business area. Your objective will be to motivate and work with all levels of the organisation to create an understanding of the value of LCI. In particular, you: Ensure prioritisation of LCI as an integrated element of the strategic agenda and become a trusted business partner Build capabilities in the service and administrative areas of EMEA through training and coaching leaders and employees Drive & facilitate business improvements through initiatives in the respective markets and across the Region Support development of LCI strategies, structures, methodologies, tool box and training materials You will join the LCI, EMEA Project & Capability Team with 4 Consultants, 2 Project Managers and 2 Business Consultants who are located in Munich, Billund and London. Because of the various nationalities within the team, you can look forward to a very international and diverse working environment, and the very nature of the job will take you travelling up to 40 days per year. Coherence, collaboration and simplicity Your biggest challenge will be to facilitate the change management journey with leaders, so your ability to coach and develop leaders will be put to the test. To succeed, we imagine that you have: At least 5 years’ proven experience with deployment of LEAN or other CI methodologies within service and administrative areas, preferably Sales or Marketing Solid coaching skills targeted at management and specialist levels and preferably experience with adult learning and delivery of training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills LEAN or other relevant CI certifications combined with change and project management experience Strong written and spoken English skills - other language skills are welcome Join the LEGO Group´s global family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
