Senior Contract Manager, Sourcing Technical & Investment, Bagsværd
Join Sourcing Technical & Investment (T&I) as Contract Manager and be part of the exciting journey to build production capacity (CAPEX) to support Novozymes’ growth ambitions. You will be working together with highly specialized colleagues and suppliers within various production technologies. As a member of Sourcing T&I department you will be responsible for all commercial relationship with global and domestic suppliers. That includes supplier selection, tendering, negotiation, and contract preparation and signing. Furthermore, you will be involved for the full duration of the project on ad hoc basis.
The job is very independent, and we expect that you have a highly self-driven personality and can drive strategic projects. You will be working closely together with project managers, technical specialists and stakeholders from the user groups.
In this position you need to have:
- B.Sc. degree as a minimum or similar educational background
- 5-10 years of technical sourcing experience or similar strong commercial background
- Strong negotiation skills and solid understanding of contract language
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical project managers as well as various internal stakeholders
- Fluency in Danish and English - both verbally and in writing
