For the Warranty Business Controlling Department, we are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled controller. Warranty Business Controlling is placed in the Product Integrity organization. The department comprises sub departments with teams of experts and project managers that ensure the quality standard and reliability of our installed wind turbines. The focus areas of the Warranty Business Controlling department are preventive actions, mitigation activities and major warranty case projects as well as the anchoring of improvements into product development. What are my responsibilities? · Budgeting and controlling as well as reporting and forecasting of Product Integrity organization (70 employees) · Managing of internal projects to optimize value flows and financial processes · Ensuring of internal and external process compliance, e.g. SOA controls · Planning resources, following up on budgets and questioning spendings What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a degree in Business Administration at minimum Bachelor's level or a comparable commercial education combined with 5+ years of experience in senior controlling positions · You have deep ERP-knowledge - preferably SAP · You are self-driven and not afraid to challenge decisions · You are structured, outgoing and a dedicated team player with the ability to handle uncertainties and stressful situations · You possess strong analytical skills and have a quality and result-oriented approach to your assignments · You are detail-oriented as well as able to see the big picture · You possess strong communication skills and excellent English skills orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
