Would you like to lead and set the direction for a team of 8 digital specialists and influence the future of digital content in the LEGO® Group's global campaigns? Set direction for great digital experiences and manage a specialist team As Senior Creative Manager you will head up a newly established team with 8 Digital Content Specialists. In particular, you: Are responsible for the team’s deliveries on digital concepts, strategy and content Are responsible for securing a constant development in the digital focus and deliverances in the different creative teams Set the scope and direction of the team while securing the best possible collaboration between stakeholders Focus on the people management side of the job by securing team spirit and a strong platform for personal development for each member of the team Join the creative leadership team with 9 Creative Managers who are responsible for the creative teams and the output on our global campaigns Creative Development is a part of Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA) - the LEGO Group internal agency, where more than 80 % of all our global campaigns are born. We are responsible for the global creative communication on LEGO® Products, from communication strategy and concept/creative development over digital experiences, packaging and print ad development to TV spots and TV series. Reach your potential while inspiring the builders of tomorrow Leading the new team combines everyday creativity and leadership skills to secure the best possible conditions for developing digital strategies, campaigns and content that supports the LEGO Brand and inspires children through all ages and across the globe to creative play. The understanding of kids and consumer behavior is at the very heart of our work, which is reflected in the communication strategies that go across all touch points and channels. Digital native with strong leadership skills The main challenge is to be able to set the direction in terms of creativity and strategy, so to be successful you master both the management and digital creative role. Thus, you: Have strong experience from 5+ years as a e.g. Digital Creative Manager, Digital Strategist, Digital Planner or similar Have a degree in media, communication, marketing IT or equivalent Are experienced in - and have flair for - people management and all aspects included such as HR involvement, managing the day to day issues, development plans, etc. Love digital advertising/storytelling and you think both creatively and commercially based on insights Speak and write English fluently Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
