Come join our team - be an inspirational leader As Senior Creative Manager, your new team is made up of 5-6 skilled creatives with competencies in graphic design, art direction, strategic communication and more. We deliver communication solutions to local LEGO Markets around the world as part of the Creative Center in Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA) - a 220 people strong global in-house agency based at 5 locations in the LEGO Group. Together with the Creative Leadership Team, you set the professional standard for the agency and are responsible for the creative output of your team. Your responsibilities include: Motivating, engaging and leading your team, while providing coaching, support and sparring Overseeing the creative output as well as inspiring and challenging other creatives to attain the highest possible professional standards Being Creative Manager on strategically important projects Liaison with other global SMA creative teams to develop and ensure a strong professional and creative environment A connected, creative community In SMA, you will step into a creative environment, where we live by the promise of always delivering consistently awesome LEGO Experiences. Further, you have a strong ability to link consumer and shopper trends, and to develop solutions based on these insights. Naturally, you are capable of communicating solutions in a convincing way to clients.
