We are therefore looking for a Senior Design Engineer based in Søborg, Copenhagen. Engineering & Supply (E&S) is a global support organization within Alfa Laval committed to deliver professional project management and engineering within a wide range of applications and industries. We have employees in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, US, China, India, Brazil, Malaysia, Mexico, Chile, Russia and Italy. The Job As Senior Design Engineer in the E&S Protein team, you will participate in the design of protein modules and plants for our customers worldwide. Key tasks Create projects in Cadison (AutoCAD) with developing of P&ID and component engineering Create and design 3D module and Plant layout in Autodesk Inventor Develop our usage of the Cadison and Inventor tools Participate in project teams Assist on quotations for new projects with P&ID and equipment layout Assist in developing new standardized systems and modules. Ideal candidate You have a Mechanical engineering degree or similar Solid experienced within food based process plant design/engineering You are skilled in Autodesk AutoCad and Autodesk Inventor and have the ambition of becoming a tool expert Self-driven, systematic, open-minded person who can convert technical requirements into practical workable solutions You have knowledge of piping systems or vessel manufacturing as well as international documentation standards You have a good flair for modularisation and standardisation Informal and a team player English skills at negotiation level (written and verbal) Ideal candidate possesses application and product knowledge with protein processes.
