Job Description

Danfoss Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Controls (RAC), R&D and Engineering is looking for a Senior Design Engineer in Nordborg. Your role will be to maintain robust product design for commercial and industrial valves for refrigeration and air conditioning systems while continuously improving quality and reducing cost. To be successful in the job it is important that you keep promised deadlines, implement and use simulation, and use ADM. The preferred candidate has solid experience with design of mechanical products and experience with 3D CAD. As a person you are team-oriented and have good networking skills. You are driven, persistence and have a quality mind-set.

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering, mechatronic, or mechanical, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

• 5+ years’ experience with design of mechanical products
• Experience with 3D CAD and simulation in Ansys Aim
• Be able to lead cross functional teams in design change activities arising from continuous improvements of quality and cost
• Used to coordinate changes with factories in China
• Fluent and comprehensive English, CET 6
