Do you want to set your fingerprints on our global windfarm product, SITE? And are you looking for at Feature lead role and to develop and test yourself further within a small team and product? Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for.

You will set the direction for a growing global product
As Senior Developer on the SITE Team you will play a significant role in setting the direction of the SITE software suite - a Systematic Product with a lot of potential in the years to come. SITE provides wind farm operators with effective registration, monitoring, planning and coordination of all the people and assets involved in the construction, commissioning and operation of offshore wind farms, for greater cost-effectiveness and maximum safety. SITE also ensures effective coordination of all kinds of assets across multiple wind farms as well as individual sites. We are currently in the transition of going from one customer to severalcustomers.

SITE is a global born product, both in regard to customers and users. The team is for the moment fully Aarhus-based, but mainly English-speaking due to a large share of English-speaking team members (at the moment 4 Danish and 3 English-speaking).

Naturally we expect a lot of you in this role. You will need to cover a variety of disciplines, and to take the feature lead in team as the technical mentor to your colleagues. And at the same time have the overview to mature and develop the product. You will also get to play with hardware since the solution is very reliant on different kinds of hardware, ranging from different kinds of radio technology and smartphones/tablets to swipe terminals on ships and offshore platforms. Part of the job will also involve troubleshooting at customers - both regarding software and hardware.

In addition, youwill be involved in some of these disciplines:

• Build Management: Managing the Build server and Build Pipeline.
• Maintain build scripts (Gradle + NPM)
• Clarify features in collaboration with UX and architects
• Support development of features and bug fixing
• Proposals for new potential customers
• Possibility to become Scrum Master

Develop as a part of a small dedicated team with only one customer
You will be the Senior Developer and technical lead of a small team of about 3-4 developers/Junior Developers and have a broad involvement in all parts of the project. Responsibilities are expected to grow with SITEs expected growth.

SITE has a lot of management focus on the development, Customer Satisfaction and decisions taken, since it's a product that is expected to have a lot of potential for the years to come.

With only one customer you will have in-depth Direct Customer contact and close daily corporation with Management, Architects and Product/Sales Managers.

You are a natural team player with Configuration Management or lead developer potential
Ideally, you have a Master's degree or as minimum a Bachelor's degree within computer science or engineering and you are familiar with improving maintainability and mature operational ability.

From your open source and webservice experience you will have become familiar with several of the following technologies:

• Java and Java EE, Wildfly, Azure Cloud, Groovy and Spock (for testing), Typescript, Angular, Gradle, NPM, Cassandra, MSQL, MySQL, (Wordpress + PHP), SitaWare Headquarters, SitaWare Front Line
• Technologies used for Configuration Management: Git, Bitbucket, JIRA

As a person you are systematic and work with an overall attention to detail, quality and processes. At the same time, your open-minded and extroverted personality trades combined with a high sense of urgency and eager to learn approach, make you reliable and easy to work with both as a colleague and for our customer.

Finally, since we are an international team and organization, you speak and write English fluently.
