Define new ways of playing In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing and maturing new LEGO Play concepts within "Physical and Digital" play. You will lead the design process and are expected to: Identify and develop never-seen-before LEGO Play experiences through leading, motivating and inspiring your design team Apply your digital skills to the development process and work closely with colleagues from various LEGO Departments Direct form and function of new toys through your technical knowledge Work closely with the full value chain from early research to test launches Be responsible for the seamless and high quality consumer experience, including briefing partners and internal stakeholders as well as securing timely delivery to specified scope and cost Help inspire the builders of tomorrow Working with physical and digital play experiences in Billund, Denmark, you invent the toys of the future for children whose learning and creativity we continuously strive to inspire. Your home will be Future Lab, who focus on radical innovation and function as a small start-up within the LEGO Group. This is where you will translate the LEGO Promise of systematic creativity into irresistible and fun creative physical and digital play experiences. Strong leader with outstanding digital and stakeholder management skills You bring stakeholders together and make sure projects are moving ahead. Using your great diplomatic sense, you support colleagues and drive projects from start to finish. Your qualifications: A Master degree in Design/Industrial Design/Interaction Design or similar combined with 6-8 years of experience from the digital world by e.g. creating app/mobile games Leadership experience allowing you to make your team shine Great conceptual skills and strong digital knowledge The more knowledge you have about the LEGO Group and product, the better suited you are to be able to influence existing products Any product design competences and digital development experience is an advantage as is experience from the toy industry and starting up a business Ideally, you may also have experience in game design, UI, designing for children, play knowledge and skills within programming, presentation , visualisation/hand-sketching and communication Join the global LEGO® Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
