Provide strong insights into digital market trends As Senior Digital Strategist, your overall goal is to provide strong insights into digital market trends and translate them into tactics and actions so we can adjust our business to deliver state-of-the-art service. Working closely with the Senior Director Digital Solutions and his leadership team, you identify future digital growth areas and assess ways of improving the digital execution for more enhanced, effective and qualitative digital marketing and product executions. In particular, your tasks include: Continuous evaluation of digital market trends, translating trends into insights, formulating possible action plans and tactics and translating them into clear recommendations Providing findings from market trends in a consolidated and comprehensive way to the Digital Solutions and Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA) management Evaluating and qualifying the current activities of Digital Solutions and how the digital market output ranks against competitors Identifying ways of improving the integration of digital experiences and setup business cases and presentations You will be part of Digital Solutions, the digital arm of the LEGO® Group's in-house Consumer Marketing Agency in Billund that delivers outstanding digital marketing services and products for internal customers and provides technology for new product experiences. Always up-to-date on digital trends and passionate about digital strategy You are passionate about everything digital and just as important, you are able to translate new digital trends into concrete recommendations. So, to be a success in this role, you: Have 5+ years of experience in the digital business, preferably in technology or entertainment companies with a proven track record in market insights and strategic roles Have a strong understanding of digital market trends, strategic acumen and ability to provide tactical roadmaps Hold a Master's degree in business administration, information technology or international strategies Master the fine art of creating clear, concise and convincing Power Point presentations in a visually appealing manner Have an open and communicative approach, and you speak and write English fluently Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
