Join and lead a team of dedicated and highly skilled communication professionals who are responsible for developing, defining and executing the internal and leadership communication strategy in Vestas. Your main focus will be to ensure high awareness and understanding of the corporate strategy. Your department will bridge the corporate strategy with internal leadership communication to ensure direction in strategic initiatives. Your ability to apprehend and incorporate the perception of the Vestas leadership direction into the internal communication strategy is vital to your team's success. Your team will facilitate, promote and improve leadership communication to ensure smooth cascading of the strategy and all strategic initiatives. You set ambitious targets for your team, drive rigorous performance management, and thrive in an ever changing environment. You will be responsible for transforming Vestas' internal communication function into a completely new level of strategic relevance. Internal communication will involve various channels such as briefings, advisory sessions, various digital channels and social media. Global Marketing, Communications & Corporate Relations (GMCR), Leadership & Internal Communication Global Marketing, Communication & Corporate Relations (GMCR) is a commercial centre point of Vestas, holding responsibility for the global platforms within Marketing, Communication, Public Affairs, Branding, Customer Excellence, Competitor Intelligence and Product Marketing, and for supporting commercial strategy development and implementation. The Leadership & Internal Communications team is a small team with competent employees, who are supporting the various functions within Vestas. The team works closely with Vestas executives and is responsible for ensuring communication of executive decisions to all levels in the organisation through various channels, as well as advising and sparring with managers on numerous communication issues. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: develop, initiate and implement initiatives to increase internal brand and reputation perception improve leadership communication for the Global Management Team to ensure smooth cascading of the strategy and all strategic initiatives ensure awareness and understanding of the corporate strategy in all levels in the organisation improve leadership communication through coaching, briefings and advisory sessions ensure optimal utilisation of digital channels and platforms internally – including social media prepare and produce various communication materials on behalf of the CEO and the rest of the Vestas Executive Committee Qualifications: Relevant Master or MBA proven track record in internal and leadership communication min. 7 years of experience in communication experienced with people management Competencies: strong interpersonal skills to build bridge between a broad range of internal stakeholders of all hierarchical levels goal driven, independent, structured, consistent, strong communicator and team player cross-cultural understanding from positions in global / international business high level of understanding of the energy sector able to create results through others and able to solve complex tasks in a
