We are looking for a Senior or Expert IT Security Specialist to the Technology Information Security Office (TISO) in Nordea. This is an opportunity for you to participate in setting direction for IT security in Nordea.

Your future responsibilities You’ll join Technology Information Security Office (TISO). The TISO Governance & Advisory function acts as interface between the Technical Information Security Office in Group Technology and the business IT areas. We coordinate security remediation across IT together with the application areas, and we support business areas in delivering secure solutions to Nordea customers.  

What you’ll be doing:  

• Engaging with business IT areas to understand business requirements and enable Nordea to deliver on those, without compromising security or compliance requirements 
• Driving security remediation across Nordea IT 
• Facilitating solution finding to security challenges on behalf of application areas or projects 
• Implementing and supporting security processes and controls in a DevOps environment 
• Providing relevant stakeholders with a consistent and transparent reporting on the IT security status in Nordea, thereby also raising the overall understanding of security 

The role is based in Nordics, Gdynia or Warsaw.

Your profile and background:  

• You have an excellent stakeholder management, communication and networking skills 
• You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience in IT (IT security experience is an advantage but not a requirement) 
• You have experience in working with IT processes and governance 
• You have strong cultural awareness and a dynamic approach, willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed 
• You are self-driven and have a strong business understanding 
• You have strong analytical skills  
• You have a project management/facilitator experience  
• You have Master's degree in IT, Finance/Economics, Management or similar 
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
