Deliver value-adding financial insights in end-to-end projects As Senior Finance Manager, you will be part of building up a small project organisation, which is deeply rooted in Operations Finance where we provide financial sparring to large cross-organisational projects. You participate in projects spanning the entire value chain with an end-to-end impact on the LEGO Group, and you take part in project teams or task forces as the finance and value chain expert. Moreover, you: Drive finance excellence within Value Chain Innovation (VCI) controlling Conduct business cases for the larger projects, support the Operations Finance organisation in preparing complex business cases and thus improve insights for decision making Support cross-finance initiatives to increase effect of end-to-end processes and understanding. Drive the Business Case overview and improvements on project controlling Impact the future of the LEGO Group Working in the LEGO Group is about working with others to build something you really care about. As part of the VCI team, you help govern the operating model for the LEGO Group - how we develop, produce and sell our products - and you transform this understanding into all the projects you are involved in. You can choose to be either Billund or London based, and a natural part of your job is to go where the global projects are, which will take you travelling up to 40-50 days per year. Strong finance background and good at communicating across the business To be successful in this position, you not only understand, but also appreciate the collaboration inherent in your role as finance partner to the business and across the LEGO Finance community. To do so, you are able to navigate in an environment where you give input and listen to the input of others. You are highly flexible with an appetite for continuously adapting to opportunities within Operations Finance and the Finance organisation as a whole. Moreover, you: Hold a Master's degree within Finance, perhaps within accounting, giving you a well-equipped finance toolbox Have at least 5 years of business finance experience where you have worked closely with the business - preferably from a supply chain perspective Have experience with project controlling and follow-up in a global business as well as a strong business understanding Are truly interested in what lies behind the numbers and have exceptional analytical skills Exhibit strong English communication skills both written and spoken, and you are able to explain complex matters simply Ideally are internationally mobile within 2-4 years Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
