Are you a finance professional with flair for structure and great communication and networking skills? Would you like to continue our journey in establishing a Performance Management system and the Purchase to Pay reporting globally for the LEGO Group? Develop and implement Global Performance Management system and Global P2P Reporting We would like to get a better overview of how the LEGO Group's finance operations perform globally. To do so, we need to develop and implement a Performance Management framework and culture. This will be your responsibility as well as to: Develop and implement a Global Performance Management system for the LEGO Group, including continuing our LEAN journey Support your global Purchase to Pay colleagues in developing and implementing Global P2P reporting and with ad hoc projects Serve as the go-to expert, drive insights into how various cost drivers affect the LEGO Group's cash flow and build bridges between various finance departments Be part of the Group Finance EMEA Leadership Team to support and drive the Group Finance Operation agenda in EMEA and ensure set goals and objectives to the 2014-2016 Finance Business Plan Travel approx 50 days annually to rally stakeholders, provide change management and implement Performance Management Make an impact on performance This is a role of great influence and responsibility, and it is central to a unique and global organisation.
