Do you have what it takes to ensure effective and timely delivery on digital marketing for global and local brands that span the world? A new division is seeing the light of day – a Content Studio from which all future digital creative outlets will be developed – and we want you to manage it all.  

 “We are right now establishing a Content Studio in Viby in order to bring digital media buying and content creation in-house. From here, we will create an agile digital content model and work with digital marketing towards the Danish and international markets. As our senior global content studio manager, you will be involved in all of the processes taking place in the Content Studio,” says Thomas Heilskov, Director and Global Head of Digital. 

About the job  As a content studio lead, you will take on both a team lead and project manager role as you pioneer the start-up and subsequently lead all the involved creative talents and freelancers.  

With the ultimate responsibility of ensuring a continuous flow in the production of marketing material, you coordinate the workforce and ensure that we have the optimal creative and productive capacity for delivering on projects. This entails leading and managing the Content Studio team of 8 as well as freelancers as you: 

• Develop and run our agile production processes as well as define parameters to manage studio timings, budgets and deliverables 

• Manage 3rd party partners for delivery of out of scope projects 
• Work collaboratively with our Content Specialists on project requirements across multiple brands 
• Drive the creative processes and educate internal stakeholders on the production processes for videos, stills, digital (banners & web) and strategical outputs, including global brand toolkits 
• Identify requirements and needs of all production equipment and drive work flow scheduling of studio resources 
• Build and maintain a broad and relevant network of freelancers 

Who are you?  This position requires being able to strike the balance between hard deadlines and budgets and fostering engagement and a creative culture. It is therefore important that you possess solid process implementation and management skills as well as the ability to inspire others. Likewise, great communication and stakeholder management skills are needed as you will be the one to create a strong network that we can rely on.  

You also bring: 

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with responsibility in managing digital creative campaign production processes, ideally within FMCG 
• Solid project and people management experience 
• An established network amongst creative talents  
• Solid understanding of design, brand identity and playbook development 
• Fluency in English and the yes-we-can-language
