In this role you will influence the way Novo Nordisk is addressing our external stakeholders from patients to health care professionals through innovative digital marketing initiatives. About the department The job is located in Søborg, Denmark and the Digital Marketing department is anchored within the Modern Insulin & Devices area in Global Marketing. We are 9 dedicated digital marketers working on implementing the Global Marketing digital strategy. The group consists of brand, media and project specialists. Our department has a portfolio responsibility servicing Marketing, Medical Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement (MMASE) within prioritised digital channels. We support Novo Nordisk digital promotional activities as well as providing the foundation for a global to local approach within these channels. The job You will be responsible for selected prioritised digital channels in Novo Nordisk ensuring optimal usage, maintenance and identifying development opportunities. Our primary channels are personal selling, owned media, and paid media but your role also covers general digital guidance for digital initiatives. You will be responsible for generating the digital strategy in Novo Nordisk and together with the digital partners in the team, securing optimal impact in the global brand teams and key affiliates. Furthermore you will together with the brand teams bring forward projects for new innovative digital initiatives, which will be implemented by the digital project managers. You will be driving organisational change management activities and ensure good stakeholder management, where the key to success is to secure high adoption and impact across the product portfolio and key markets; hence the working environment is very diverse and global. As a senior digital manager it is expected that you can and will take the lead of moving Novo Nordisk further forward on the digital journey. Qualifications You hold a M.Sc. or equivalent. You have 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. You have in-depth knowledge and experience with digital marketing from either marketing, sales, an agency or IT. You might be a pharma marketer with high skills within digital marketing or come from a large organisation outside the pharma industry, where you have been driving projects with a similar level of complexity. We expect you to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are a dedicated team player and are able to quickly integrate into existing teams. You are used to taking the lead within your own area and use your skills to guide your stakeholders in a complex, diverse and global environment. You work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. Lastly, you are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level.
