About the department Commercial Innovation is a newly establish team and we are responsible for leading Novo Nordisk’s projects in the digital health space. We are anchored in Global Marketing, but will work across all areas of Novo Nordisk, and together with partners, to ensure that we can develop high quality digital service offerings for patients and health care providers. We are located in Soeborg, but significant travel activities must be expected. The job As Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for development of digital service offerings aiming at improving diabetes care for millions of people globally. You will be leading a cross functional team with involvement of IT, Device Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical & Science, Clinical Operations, Marketing and many more. In addition you will be working closely with our external partner IBM Watson Health, which is a world leading company within cognitive computing. The trend with digital health is changing the health care sector as a whole, and will also require change internally in Novo Nordisk. Therefore, clear communication and strong change management will be a significant part of your tasks. In addition to your own responsibilities you will be part of the Commercial Innovation team, and there be deeply involved in outlining strategies and seeking new opportunities for patients, health care providers and Novo Nordisk. Qualifications To succeed in this position, strong leadership skills are a prerequisite. You are experienced with change management, stakeholder management and most likely also development processes. In addition to this you have excellent analytical skills. You will be required to analyse your project as part of a broader eco system, and you will have to think strategically to understand how to enter the market and build a system from there. You hold a Masters’ Degree with excellent results (Can be business, engineering, or similar) perhaps with a MBA on top.
