Working as Senior HR Partner you will be involved in facilitative HR support as well as execution of annual HR processes and strategic initiatives. You will work closely together with senior leaders and deliver value adding HR support. Key Responsibilities As a Senior HR Partner, you will be engaging with both onshore and offshore leaders and be involved in a wide variety of tasks that require strong project management skills. More specifically you can expect to: • Act as day-to-day sparring partner for senior leaders in Lyngby and on locations worldwide • Assist in developing the leadership skills of our managers and advise and guide them on HR matters • Develop business acumen and the ability to influence the delivery of business plans • Drive and facilitate annual HR processes As a Senior HR Partner, you will primarily learn through on-the-job training and hands-on responsibility, combined with course activity where appropriate.
