The Human Resources Headquarter function in Maersk Oil is responsible for ensuring a flawless execution of the yearly Human Resources processes in our Headquarters office. At the same time the function plays a key role in delivering the strategic people agenda in close alignment with Business Leaders at all levels in the organization and our Corporate HR team. Key Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to build up a broad network in the organization with executives and senior leaders in the business as well as within the Human Resources function. Exposure and visibility is high and the role offer the opportunity to both contribute to the strategic agenda as well as gaining experience in daily high impact operational decisions. The role will be part of a strong HR operational team and the right candidate is expected to deliver results locally through a global mindset and a strong ability to maneuver in the complexity of working in a corporate setting, supporting leaders at all levels.
