Do you know how to make kids go "WOW"? Would you like to take the strategic lead in creating a new incentives and rewards system based on your understanding of how kids´ minds work? Then take on this senior position in a brand new digital team, rewarding kids for their LEGO® Engagement. Set the direction for compelling incentives As Senior Incentive Manager, you will get a key role on a journey to create novel 1-to-1 experiences that tie together all digital LEGO Touchpoints, where LEGO Consumers are rewarded for their activity. You set an overall incentives strategy for the My LEGO Programme, developing motivational factors that drive the reward platform vision, ensuring user sign-up, user engagement and member retention. And you cooperate closely with the Creative Director and Incentives Manager to make sure that relevant stakeholders are in the loop on progress and key decisions. In particular, you: Define how our kids´ audience are delivered these rewards, and for what activity and action Create a pipeline and portfolio of incentives and rewards ahead of launch in close collaboration with Product Groups and Markets Grow the incentives management platform and processes in close collaboration with Product Groups, Markets, LEGO Consumer Marketing Agency and other LEGO Channels Consolidate requirements for reward-focused My LEGO Elements, including an incentive system (achievements, digital rewards and campaigns), avatar builder and movie and games browser Execute incremental content and incentives development and management after go-live Create deeply meaningful relationships You collaborate closely with the Creative Director and 5 colleagues in the creative My LEGO Team. Here, you will get a strategic role, where you engage people and facilitate collaboration across the LEGO Group. In doing this, you will be creating something that expand and deepen children´s relationship with the LEGO Brand. Experienced specialist delivering engagement and retention Setting the overall strategy for our work with incentives, you manage to deliver sign-ups and a deepened engagement with the LEGO Brand. And you realise this by engaging both franchises and other internal stakeholders to deliver on incentives for the My LEGO Experience. To ensure a successful execution, you: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with rewards, loyalty or gaming, ideally focused on digital products for children Experience from working with a gamified product and a successful track record of leading the creation of a rewards or incentives-based platform, showing increased retention and activity Are autonomous and able to work independently, just as you know how to bring people together through personal impact and energy Can navigate in the global LEGO Matrix organisation through excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication International travel will be required, up to 30 days a year.
