As Senior IoT Program Manager, you will be based in Kolding, Denmark. Here, you will join about 200 colleagues in a Design Center, where about 60 employees are occupied with software development. We are currently implementing Schneider Electric’s global IoT solutions, and you will manage a controlled program roll-out, from conception to release (up to 30 annual travel days should be expected). Lead the delivery of major digital initiatives In this position, you lead and manage the delivery of major digital initiatives within Schneider Electric's software development & services division. You operate in a matrix environment, where you ensure that all Schneider Electric processes are being followed, by knowing how and when to voice an opinion. You make processes, technology and people come together, as you work with various business segment leaders to deliver high quality solutions while meeting time and budget objectives. Also, you cooperate with senior management to ensure that all projects adhere to the overall roadmap and vision. Take on global responsibility As Senior IoT Program Manager, you have global responsibilities and manage project budgets of $1 - 5 million and program budgets of $5 - 20 million. Specifically, you: •Work with internal and external stakeholders and act as the single point-of-contact to ensure that everyone is aligned with business and project/program objectives. •Lead entire project life-cycles, cooperating with engineering, product and senior executives, finance and sales to define scope, cost and delivery objectives. •Manage an overall program with many subprojects, ensuring that each project meet its goals. Experienced Program Manager who is comfortable with complex organisations •You hold a Master’s degree in technology, management or similar and have several years of experience as a program or project manager focusing on software development. Experience as a consultant will be an advantage. •You have some years of experience managing internal teams, third party consultants and vendors, you have excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills and you are demonstrating a strong business acumen. •You can demonstrate an ability to solve complex issues, manage a budget and you have experience with risk identification, management and mitigation. •You know Agile software development best practice, and it is a plus if you know how to develop a business case and are certified PMP and Scrum Master or Practitioner. •You are a skilled communicator who can present complex issues and you speak and write English effortlessly.
