Are you passionate about IT Infrastructure Networking and Unified Communications (UC)? We are looking for a strong IT Senior Manager, who has proven to be a talented people manager and who would be excited to lead a team of technical specialists developing the next generation IT network infrastructure for future Grundfos products and services.

 

“IS Network & UC Operations” is a team in Grundfos IS Infrastructure Operations, and your primary role is to manage a team of network/UC engineers and pioneer new technologies (e.g. Software Defined Network) for the future Grundfos products and services, delivering world-class IT user experiences to our customers and business units.  You will be part of the IO Management team, that operates and drives all IT backend systems across the global Grundfos Group, including our standard IT devices.

 

What is the job about?

  • Lead and transition our network to cloud based services and SDN
  • Drive and maintain a high performing, stable and secure network infrastructure
  • Drive, maintain and cloud enable the Unified Messaging platform (Skype/Teams)
  • Review and transition to future cloud platform (where applicable)
  • Mature current 24x5 (Network/UC) operations to 24x7 (w/extended scope)
  • Identify and close organizational capability gaps
  • Lead and transition the Team mindset and ability to deliver on future competencies
  • Enabling change in a global organization
  • Adopt and drive new IO operating model (New IT)
  • High class people management of a global team of +20 direct reports
