A Senior test manager with a broad knowledge base to Online trading in Nordea. What you will tell people you do: I am the person in Nordea that bring our Online trading platform on a level that is the state of the art in the sector! The position we offer You will be the anchor for all the testing of the online trading in Nordea. You will work together with a team of developers/testers from all the Nordic countries and with our extended development/test centre in India. We are looking for a Senior Test Manager for our development team in Copenhagen, who has the responsibility for maintaining and develop our portfolio of browser and mobile solutions within the trading and savings domain. You will be responsible for the automated test of the IT solutions. Initially identifying and subsequently securing the defining of the required tests. Your job will include monitoring and following up on the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing. You will be involved in all parts of the development cycle, from finding the right solution together with our architect and business partners to the final implementation in production. The trading area is a very dynamic area where operational stability and flexibility is key word for the unit. Keeping the wheels running plays an important role in the department’s daily life. The unit is divided into an Online team in DK and EDC developer/test teams in Mumbai. The qualifications you need Broad and deep knowledge in providing robust online services. We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Test Manager with at least 4-5 years of experience working with automated test and test management. You will probably not fulfil all the criteria’s – but if you can manage 80 percent we will together develop you, so you will be able to cover all the criteria’s. You: • Have very strong communication skills • Are structured and systematic • Are proactive in knowledge sharing • Are used to work in an agile setup • Are curious and open minded • Have experience with automated test (Selinium/Cucumber) • Might have a background as IT developer As a person you possess a strong drive and like to participate in improvements/projects. You want to deliver quality solutions on time and feel comfortable in a fast changing environment. It is most important that you are structured, systematic and have a drive that can inspire the testers you will be working close together with. ISTQB Certification will be an advantage.
