Your specific tasks include:- Design and develop new solutions in the Mechanical Engineering area together with the team and potential external consultants.
- Ensure the technical solutions is aligned with current and future strategic development goals and architecture.
- Work with integrations towards more technical and mechanical systems.
Challenges and Opportunities
Working with user-centric development, the Sr. Developer will be part of a team of 12 that has the responsibility of delivering functionality for our customers in the Mechanical Engineering areas.
The Sr. Developer will primarily be working with new software development and interfaces towards other systems. That includes technical interfaces towards machine tools (CNC machines, Siemens products, Powermill etc.) but also towards backend systems and other standard systems.

Do you have what it takes?
- Degree within Computer Science (e.g. Software Development, IT Engineering or a similar education)
- High level of experience with service oriented architecture, microservice architecture, RESTful services, databases, and Java development it is a must.
- Experience with front-end development like Angular, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS is a big plus.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, NX is a plus. Experience with AWS, Big data, IOT, or in general Industri 4.0 is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of enterprise platforms like SAP is an advantage
- Experience with agile methodologies and agile transitions is a major advantage.
- Proficient English (written & spoken)
- Naturally curious about different technologies and willing to learn.
- Taking responsibility of tasks as well as delivering as agreed.
- A self-driven personality while still being a good team player.
