You will be working on improving our wind turbine preassembly, installation, commissioning and related logistics processes by applying lean principles. What are my responsibilities? Mapping and analyzing construction execution, tender and subcontracting processes Developing and implementing lean tools for offshore activities Detecting and keeping an overview of potential improvement areas Initiating and leading optimization projects related to site execution, tender and subcontracting together with the business units and segments Coaching and training employees in lean methodologies Ensuring knowledge sharing and use of best practice across market unit offshore Supporting the development and implementation of the lean roadmap What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Construction, or Logistics Engineering and profound knowledge of lean methodologies Minimum 5+ years' practical experience in project management, lean management and the implementation of changes within the field of manufacturing, logistics or construction Experience in the wind energy business will be deemed an advantage As a person, you have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result and quality oriented approach to your work You are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving and leadership skills You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing You are an experienced user of MS Office applications and preferably of SAP and Primavera/MS Project In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
