Do you have experience in meeting consumers or fans face to face? Can you lead a team of 5 specialists and bridge adult and teen LEGO Users with the LEGO Group to stimulate open innovation and growth in user communities and community driven activities globally? Lead and link your team, user communities and the LEGO Group You will lead the Community Support team consisting of 4 Community Managers and 1 Operations Specialist, based in Billund, Denmark, Enfield, USA and Shanghai, China. You support the team in their efforts to leverage the passion, talent and experience of mature LEGO Fans in a way that is mutually beneficial to both LEGO User communities and the LEGO Group. Your responsibilities include: 50 % people leadership: Lead your team by setting clear direction as well as motivating and coaching your team 30 % team operations: Ensure great working conditions for your team while driving focused and effective needs-based community support activities and programs 20 % setting strategic direction: Pursue and develop new methods to engage and connect with communities, make key strategic choices and deliver effective collaboration Travelling 30-50 days per year to participate in various activities e.g. bridge local LEGO Offices and user communities from USA to Hong Kong and France Inspire minds and hearts to facilitate and drive win-win opportunities In this role, you look at things through the eyes of your team and the AFOL and TFOL in the 250 Recognized LEGO User Groups (RLUGs) we work with globally. Along with your team, you will continue to build connections and collaboration between RLUGs and LEGO Business units by listening, understanding their priorities and making visible efforts to deliver what is important to both. Another important success factor is your ability to set direction and be consistent, especially among our large, diverse community landscape. Your other qualifications include: Having driven projects with heavy involvement of customers and users, giving you hands-on experience in meeting the consumer face to face, through events and via Social Media.
