Would you like to work at the heart of the LEGO Group protecting the LEGO Building system? Put your leadership skills to the test by setting the direction for and driving a team towards high element standards and system guidelines to ensure development of the best LEGO® Bricks and elements for kids Lead people and processes at tactical and operational level You will lead the Element Competence Center (ECC) in Design Lab with 8 experienced specialists. Your team of element coaches conduct all element supervisions and provide consultancy to product designers. They thereby ensure all new LEGO Bricks and elements are developed in accordance to the LEGO Element standards, guidelines and building system compatibilities to secure the best possible building and play experiences with the LEGO Products. Your role is to: Allocate element coaches to novelty projects and all other projects and tasks related to the ECC Lead and drive the maintenance and development of new element standards and system guides to secure the foundation of the LEGO Building system and platforms Function as a team motivator, driving new cross-organisational tasks and projects across product development and operations Ensure uniform coaching according to our LEGO Development process, so elements comply with our standards for play and building values Step into the Design Lab Leadership Team and contribute to setting the direction for Design Lab and future strategies Everyday Creativity You will join a company where we invite you to think both logically and creatively in everything you do. A strong leader with great communication and interpersonal skills The challenge is to be a strong leader rather than a specialist, as your team of experts know the processes, building systems, standards and the element platforms. So you must be secure enough in your leader role to give your team the space they need, while knowing when to motivate and inspire them. You set the direction and develop your team, while delivering results.
