Bring strategy from PowerPoint to execution
As a member of our Global PMO in Billund, you will join our mission to ensure that the global project portfolio is transparent across the entire LEGO Group and that projects are executed according to our overall strategy. As such, we support all projects revolving around change management and organisational development, including new market entry, factory builds and much more.
Together with 4 colleagues, you will:
• Support our business areas with project execution, reporting set-ups, approval processes and more
• Engage with senior stakeholders and support them in defining and delivering their project portfolio to reach their strategic objectives
• Advise senior business stakeholders, highlighting key issues and potentials for improving strategy execution
• Ensure alignment towards other central departments, such as Strategic Workforce and Corporate Financial Planning, to ensure maximum project flow and process alignment
• Connect your own insights with those of the 2 portfolio managers to create a holistic picture of the health and strategic fit of our project portfolio

With your great communication and stakeholder management skills, you work well in a diverse business that spans the globe, and you are easily able to facilitate project execution by engaging others in your agenda.
Structure and analysis are key words in your work methods, and you have the ability to create overviews and crystallise key takeaways and trade-offs from complex situations. Furthermore, you bring a holistic view into every process and have the drive to generate value by understanding the business and exploring every opportunity you come across.
You also:
• Have 5+ years of experience with process, project or project portfolio management – maybe as a manager, strategy partner, management consultant or the like
• Speak English fluently
