Lead your team and collaborate across Operations As LC Senior Manager, you lead and develop our training organisation within Engineering and Quality (E&Q). While leading a team of 4, you play a pivotal role in executing our train-the-trainer initiatives. Moreover, you help shape the direction of our global strategic initiatives within training and standardisation to support business operations and business plan deployment across the LEGO Group. You collaborate closely with our business leaders, travel approximately 20 days a year, and you: Secure the allocation of local training resources and ensure that it is coherent with defined training standards and methodologies Ensure global alignment and governance of our learning principles, processes and tools Bridge capability building and training programmes, while ensuring systematic development and training the LEGO® Way Ensure global sharing, application, and optimisation of training methods and documentation We can always keep learning In the LEGO Group, we believe that only the best is good enough. Educational communicator with solid experience and an international mindset In this role, you will be challenged on your ability to work successfully with many different stakeholders across cultures, while dealing with iterative processes in a global matrix organisation. Thus, you are driven by a passion to both lead and deliver on our training and learning agenda. To succeed in this role, you have: 5-10 years of experience within teaching, HR, as an organisational consultant, business consultant or similar with 3-5 years working in a leadership role 2-3 years of experience from a technical and/or manufacturing area, and preferably 2-3 years of project management experience from complex projects such as organisational changes, technical projects, LEAN or similar A university degree within teaching, HR, organisations, educational psychology or similar and preferably with a degree/certification in project management Excellent communication skills, and you speak and write English effortlessly Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment across the LEGO Community.
