We are hiring a passionate and enthusiastic marketing manager who will create groundbreaking 360 social marketing campaigns for our global and local platforms, that will drive owned and earned impressions across the board. 

As a member of our lean and agile team, the successful employee will be as comfortable firing off a humorous tweet as they are writing strategy and producing a major campaign from scratch.

To excel in this environment, you must be independently minded, have impeccable creative taste, and strong instinct for stories that will get fans talking about More Music and our local platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead local campaigns to drive brand awareness and fandom in Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Norway, helping position the More Music platforms as locally relevant and loved
  
  
• Lead local extensions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunts, guerrilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the awareness and goodwill of the platforms.

• Be a true fan of the mission of more music and infuse this fandom in every projects.

Requirements

• Senior marketing experience in the local market (entertainment, motion pictures and film, tech or lifestyle consumer brands)
  
  
• Fluency in verbal and written English and a plus with Danish, Dutch or Norwegian as second or first language.
  
  
• A curious and creative mind, with experience in disruptive messaging and campaigns that generate social buzz. 
  
  
• Experience developing social marketing campaigns from scratch including creative positioning, audience identification, media strategy and launch roadmaps.
  
  
• Flexible and proactive. Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team and with an entrepreneurial mentality.
  
  
• Ability to lead, create and execute campaigns autonomously. Owning the relation with agencies and managing budgets.
  
  
• Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues
  
  
• An adult. Someone who knows great freedom comes with great responsibility. Someone who is not afraid to take risks and is willing to own up to their mistakes.
  
  
• Experience with MailChimp, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook Business, Google Adwords is a plus
