Would you like to influence the development of LEGO Education marketing systems and processes? And simultaneous have the overall responsibility for transforming global market research into actionable insights? Drive marketing excellence by coordination of global campaigns Across segments and market areas you will drive marketing excellence by coordination of global campaigns, on-line as well as off-line, identify and define best practice and coordinate target setting including measurement and spend allocation. In this role you will have the overall responsibility for transforming global market research into actionable insights. You will lead insights and set directions, support and strengthen the marketing effectiveness and insight base to drive better decisions. In this position you will be leader of an Insight Manager. According to this your main focus will be to: Chair the Global Marketing Forum with participant heads of global as well as local marketing teams. Support development of segment and campaign strategies through collection of insights, portfolio segmentation focus and collation of market data to achieve business results. Build marketing excellence capabilities and behavior by developing tools and databases for planning, registration and control – with a particular focus on digital marketing. Lead campaign tracking set-up in CRM across markets. Accumulate an insights base with a combination of research results, market data and tracking. In this position, you will be part of the Solution Marketing Leadership team and in time you will be responsible to build a high performing motivated team. The role will challenge your stakeholder management skills and your ability to balance an extrovert presenting role with internal process optimization and be the driver for both tasks. The global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 20-30 days per year. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Are energized by working with data analysis and are able to extract learning and insights from complex data. Have Marketing Insights and Planning or very deep marketing manager experience – preferably both from development and implementation. Show strong skills of digital marketing knowledge base. Have strong implementation skills which show though in a structured and persuasive collaborative way. Have 5+ years experience in marketing or a similar position in an international company. Preferably hold a Master degree within marketing. Speak and write English proficiently.
