Join the Consumer Marketing Agency You will be based in Billund and join the Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA). We are a 350 people global in-house agency developing consumer marketing communication and the supporting digital platforms. As Senior Manager in the PMO, you will be responsible for keeping track of the entire project portfolio for CMA. This includes: Supporting portfolio planning, driving consolidation and preparing for decision-making. As such, you oversee a 500 mDKK portfolio of business critical projects Turning portfolio decisions into projects, ensuring resources, project plans and budgets are effectively planned. Keeping track of portfolio execution. This involves constantly adapting to changing circumstances and creating full transparency into projects, cost and KPI status for all of CMA and our stakeholders. Close collaboration with line managers and project managers across Consumer Marketing Agency Being part of a Portfolio Management and Business Support team of 6 employees - where your role is to keep track of the overall portfolio frames Join a full service agency servicing internal clients Your key mission will be to manage checks and balances in our portfolio while being extremely flexible to constantly able to adapt to the ever changing demands from stakeholders. Experienced Portfolio Manager Have at least 5 years of experience with portfolio management and/or financial management As a person, you are analytical with a good understanding of strategy work, and you thrive in a fast-changing environment among creative colleagues. You are methodical and excellent at creating order in chaos, and you are able to zoom in on project details as well as maintaining a holistic overview. Experience working with digital or IT development would be an advantage. Your English is excellent both written and spoken.
