Nurture future-proof BI solutions In this position, you join the LEGO Group to facilitate business intelligence solutions that greatly influence how we do business. You lead a team of 6-8 SAP specialists and consultants, so they are on top of things and able to design, build and maintain our BI solutions platform. As you do so, you develop an in-depth understanding of our setup, which you utilise to match our IT project portfolio and collaborate with stakeholders across the LEGO Group. Ultimately, you have the overall responsibility for project execution and relocating the right resources for the projects your team members participate in. Also, you: Strategically design and implement business intelligence solutions based on SAP technology as well as ensure successful, timely and high quality project deliveries by the team Manage and further develop the relations to external consultants and to our offshore delivery centre to warrant quality and productivity in deliverables Develop your employees' competencies, so they align with our strategic enterprise application platform and project portfolio Collaborate with a Sr. Data Warehouse Architect and an Information Architect to shape our BI solutions platform and the architectural design so they match our BI strategies and future needs Trusted to perform In this manager position, you will gain a deep understanding of the LEGO® culture and business model, as you share your ideas and try new things. BI and SAP experience combined with great collaboration skills You will interact with many different stakeholders across functions, levels of seniority and cultures. To succeed, we believe that you: Have a proven track record of leading teams in the design and implementation of SAP enterprise data warehouses and SAP Business objects solutions Hold 3+ years of experience with complex BI environments from an international company or top-tier management consultancy Alternatively have several year of experience from working with SAP implementations as team lead or project manager Communicate effortlessly in English and can travel 20 days a year Bringing it to life "The need for business intelligence, analysis and insights is rising with our rapid growth.
