Make marketing smarter You join the Global Marketing Intelligence & Effectiveness team to help forward a strategically important marketing effectiveness agenda. Primarily, you work on a major multi-year business project, where you join 3 colleagues in creating a foundation for the local markets to become more fact-based and insights-driven. Thus, you assume a key position, where you use your business understanding to anchor the project in the markets, our global processes and systems. Specifically, you: Integrate the LEGO® business into the ‘marketing resource management and effectiveness’ project as an owner of selected project deliverables Deliver tangible tools, processes and platforms to the markets, so they can form a better understanding of what works from a marketing perspective Support the creation of a culture of marketing effectiveness that builds capabilities and promotes ownership and accountability to optimise marketing spend and mix Create value through an awesome end-result in the local markets through a successful launch Changing the World At the LEGO Group, we are all about quality, fun and creativity. From you, this requires an ability to form a strong internal network, so you can build confidence in the project. Your qualifications: You hold 5+ years of marketing experience or similar experience in an analytical function You have a holistic marketing understanding of the full marketing value chain across marketing planning and marketing execution You communicate effortlessly in English, and you can travel 20-25 days a year Bringing it to life "We have identified marketing effectiveness as a key strategic initiative.
