Help shaping the Global Marketing strategy for LEGO Retail

At our office in Billund, Denmark, you will join the LEGO Retail Marketing & Planning team. We are part of LEGO Retail which sells LEGO products directly to consumers through shop.LEGO.com and our brand retail stores.

With the responsibility for your own global franchise portfolio, you take on a central role, ensuring that our global LEGO Retail campaigns are relevant and successful. Doing so, you collaborate with our global Brand Marketing department and provide input on how to shape the product, marketing and communication strategies. You ensure the right fit of the global campaign concepts to LEGO Retail environment and ensure implementation and execution of the plans by working closely with the LEGO Retail Regional teams. In addition to that you:

- Support the global planning manager in building the global marketing plan for LEGO Retail

- Provide input and achieve consensus with the retail planning team on expected theme performance based on the global marketing plan

- Set up performance KPIs for campaigns and make sure after-action reviews are initiated

- Identify specific franchise portfolio opportunities in the unique LEGO Retail environment

- Work closely with regional marketing teams to build relevant market insights

An experienced marketing professional

On a personal level, you are outgoing, and your entrepreneurial spirit shines through in your approach to your tasks. You are a strong communicator, and with your excellent stakeholder management skills, you are adept at navigating cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Also, you:

- Hold a master’s degree in marketing or communication

- Have 5+ years of experience with product marketing and/or developing international marketing campaigns

- Have a solid understanding of the commercial field and strong analytical skills

- Are a seasoned project manager and have budget management experience

- Have the flexibility needed to collaborate across time zones, and you are ready to travel 10-15 days a year to visit our shops and your colleagues in Europe and the US
