Would you like to play a key role in the further development and optimisation of the industry's leading offshore wind business? Join us and become Senior Operations Account Manager for our wind farms in the western part of the UK in our OMA Account Management team. Our department is responsible for the profit and loss on all operational aspects of our wind farms, delivering all services agreed in our Operations and Maintenance Agreements (OMAs) and managing the commercial and contractual relation towards our customers (JV Partners). The team is currently profit and loss responsible for the five major offshore wind farms in the western part of the UK West and the respective OMAs. The department is part of Wind Power which has around 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our London office in the United Kingdom or in our Danish office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area on local terms and conditions. However, you should expect some traveling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to be responsible for the profit and loss from operating our wind farms in the western part of the UK act as the representative for our Operations business units towards major external investors and internal customers be responsible for delivering all services agreed in our OMAs on our wind farms in the western part of the UK, in close cooperation with the rest of our Operations business unit be the main interface on all issues relating to the OMA, including customer requests, reporting, commercial management and budget preparation deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also interact with both internal and external senior managers and decision makers. In addition, you will perform regular reviews of operational expenditures and profit creation against budgets and explanation of variation, working with Site Management and Finance. You will support the preparation of the wind farm O&M budgets, ensure accurate reporting to all stakeholders and will regularly liaise with the wind farm owners on operational, technical and commercial issues affecting the delivery of O&M contractual requirements for the wind farm. Furthermore, you will interface with internal technical and operational functions on projects, incidents and ad hoc activities, developing strong communication channels between all stakeholders and ensure that all requirements under the OMAs are complied with and that all services are satisfactorily delivered. Moreover, you will regularly liaise with Site Management and other internal and external stakeholders on wind farm performance, comply with contractual obligations and ensure progress against operational plans for the wind farm. You will assess feasibility of operational improvement projects for the wind farm and will become the main point of contact for all OMA-related issues on the wind farm. You will also attend Board or Executive Committee meetings with the wind farm owners on asset performance and progress, and will brief them on both technical and operational performance. Your qualifications and core competences include that you have a master's degree in business administration, economics, law or similar, combined with demonstrable and relevant commercial and financial experience and insight have an interest in understanding the technical and operational aspects of operating a wind farm have a strong track record of managing complex commercial contracts and relationships in a relevant context, including direct engagement with senior decision makers and external customers are able to create results through teamwork and develop good relationships to your
