Turn ideas into complex models In this senior product designer role, you develop and explore the LEGO Creator Expert brand, creating interesting and complex building experiences for teens and adults - with many building sets containing more than 2,000 total pieces and using unorthodox building techniques. Here, you will join a dedicated, creative team that have delivered complex LEGO models from a Volkswagen Beetle to modular buildings and the Sydney Opera House. And you will: Apply your strong LEGO building skills, as you sketch, prototype, develop and build new play experiences and concepts Work with the whole design process, from research and co-creation over ideation and sketching of concepts to building real models from LEGO bricks Create new stories, themes and concepts, which you mature into new products Use your innovative inner child to create ideas and concepts for the world´s most critical audience Play changes our World In a famously creative culture, you will collaborate closely with an international, open-minded, cross-functional team in Billund, Denmark. You just know how to create fun and inspiring models To be a successful senior designer, you have a firm grasp of the design process, which you are able to lead and facilitate, acting on your own initiative to see builds and projects come to life. Also, you enjoy working in teams, you want to learn, and you know how to create playful concepts. Yes, there will be periods where time will be a constraint, and the many different stakeholders and IP partners will challenge you, but when you succeed, you will be sure to feel a great sense of pride.
