Instant payment is one of the fastest growing and most interesting areas within payment. Our instant payment platform - RealTime24/7 - has been very well received in Europe and is already being implemented in several countries. Due to this we are looking for a new colleague for our business team located in Ballerup, which as well will be the working location.

 

Want to be our new colleague and fill in an important role?
As member of our business team, you become the link between our Nordic and International clients and our internal organizations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our product in close dialogue with our clients.

We have internally organized our delivery setup around agile processes, why you will be deeply engaged with our different teams and will be able to add your own fingerprints.

We expect, you have an education (bachelor/master) within economics, political science, engineering or similar. Experience in in banking or the financial sector is preferred. As you will be working with our international clients, you must have strong skills in English, which is the business language in Nets, For the same reason traveling should be anticipated.

Your key responsibilities in the role as Senior Product Owner:

• Be our clients expert connection
• Be responsible for initiating, planning and executing sessions with our clients (trainings, workshops etc)
• Work closely with other members of our business team and IT teams in developing and implementing solutions for clients
• Be involved in sales activities as expert in the instant payments platform; RFI, RFP and sales meetings
• In the wide area of functionalities in our instant payments platform, you will be assigned 1-2 areas where you will be the expert

 

In our agile setup you will act as Product owner - here you will:

• Be the key stakeholder in projects. Part of the product owner responsibilities is to have a vision of what is to be to build and convey that vision to the delivery team. This is key to successfully starting any agile software development project.
• Be responsible for requirements and management of all requirements including requirement tests
• Be responsible for prioritization managed via backlogs
• Responsible for coordinate the project along with other members of the business team and our it-team
• Participate in finalization of client documentation and trainings

Your professional qualifications and background should include more of below areas:

• Good understanding of clearing of payments and of instant payment
• SEPA schemes like SCT, SCT Inst and/or SDD.
• Product and processing experience from the financial sector – e.g. banking or Central Banks
• A general understanding of high-performance IT systems, security models and user authentication models
• Agile methods and the role as product owner (e.g. experience as Scrum Product Owner)

 

Of your personal qualifications we would value:

• Strong detail-oriented, organized, and Analytical skills with the ability to get acquainted with complex business systems
• The ability to define and describe business requirements to IT
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Service minded
• You are curious by nature and seek information by own initiative as well as thrive in a fast paced and busy environment.
• Ability to determine priorities/organize tasks while working with parallel projects/multiple deadlines

 

Besides speaking English, it is an requirement that you speak and write either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian fluently
