Then come join our team! Enable digital experiences that help children succeed As Senior Product Owner you will enable the delivery of new impactful digital experiences. The global digital platform consists of components ranging from backend services and integration to school systems, e-learning, desktop applications, Apps, HTML/Web, assessments tools and more. As part of the new department, Business Innovation Solutions, which represents a highly integrated and unique way of working together with the business, you: Own and manage the development backlogs to gather end user requirements, manage development cycles, and track the progress of backlog items Cooperate closely with stakeholders, manage their expectations and help them to understand what solutions may be available Manage and help define requirements and scope of incoming work, facilitate requirement prioritisation to stakeholders, and provide the business with a high-level state of the portfolio Help guide new principles and processes that enable the appropriate governance to provide the maximum degree of transparency for the business Ensure the team is making the appropriate trade-offs when new work is being presented to the development team Trusted to deliver a high-impact digital platform We wish every child to succeed and believe that all children should be allowed to reach their full potential by getting an impactful learning. Empathetic, self-driven and experience with consumer facing applications The role requires you to be an empathetic and sharp communicator, as you internally will be representing both the business and the team at various times and be driving some complicated, highly important deliveries. Likewise you need to be very skilled at stakeholder management and establishing networks. To gain influence you use your competencies, and you enjoy working independently, using your drive to go beyond your own expectations.
