Are you an experienced and skilled Project Controller? Do you have experience from a global company? Then you could be our new Senior Project Controller & Business Partner for Technology, Service & Solutions(TSS). Vestas Global Finance/Operational Performance & Cost Control/TSS Performance You will join the department TSS Performance, which is part of Vestas’ Global Finance organization. The department is responsible for business partnering to the CTO and managing financial performance in TSS. You will take a front line role within our project area performance managing large scale development project and be a solid partner for the business. Responsibilities: Ensure objective and transparent decision making by delivering excellent performance analysis & reporting to project managers, platform leads & business case holders. Co-develop the transformation of project performance management to become world class in terms of both basic (automated and optimized) and advanced controlling activities (driving business case development, seeking out and promoting business opportunities etc.) Co-drive the transition to more value based controlling including earned value metrics Support in the development of portfolio tools allowing for commercialization of project priorities and driving portfolio accountability and performance management Support in the development of financial tools & process to automate and improve value add to the business Maintain monthly forecasting process to ensure early warning on delays and financial detouring Drive financial project review processes and provide proactive support and advice to stakeholders Support the continued effort to offshore relevant controlling activities, underpinning the transition to high end controlling and value adding activities in TSS performance team Ensure cost control and delivery performance of the TSS development projects Maintain, improve and develop the right KPIs to drive performance culture Secure that financial processes are followed and in compliance with IAS regulations Perform ad hoc analyses based on requests from TSS or other relevant stakeholders Be a valued and active part in the progressive development of the TSS finance department Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree within business administration or equivalent 5+ years of experience project controlling and controlling experience within complex environment Experience with R&D preferred but experience within other types of project controlling will also be considered SAP and SAP BW experience is preferred Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders across multiple departments Strong ability to transform potential value chain impact of development projects into easily understandable key messages Naturally willing to do what is needed and not afraid to roll up sleeves in order to getting things done Dedicated team player who is willing to go the extra mile Aspiring for personal growth with ambition to grow career What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world’s leading wind turbine producer.
