Can you uncover ways of improving, controlling and assuring change within an organisation, leading by example and helping others to accomplish it?

Join us and become Senior Project Lead in our Offshore HSE Project Management Office where you and your colleagues will be responsible for supplying your colleagues with the proven tools and processes and the supportive technology needed to get the most out of our project portfolio. As a team we develop, maintain and implement the Group’s standards for HSE project management, secure the overview and monitor and report on active projects to assist decision making.

Your Your key tasks will be to

• provide support, aiding others in doing their jobs more effectively and productively by streamlining process and bureaucracy, offering training, mentoring and performing quality assurance
• contribute to the success of projects by keeping them on track and raising an early alert when scheduling, budget or scope issues are threatening to affect the project
• assist in focusing on the project portfolio of projects and provide an understanding of the links between the projects to increase awareness of dependencies.

 Your competences include that you

• have a relevant academic background and documented training and experience with project management and change management
• thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders
• speak and write English fluently
• know how to motivate and inspire with a positive attitude
• are solution-oriented and able to identify and define the objectives of a project.

Furthermore, you take initiative and are persistent but still responsive to other professionals. You communicate effortlessly and effectively in writing as well as orally with project participants and other stakeholders.
