For our Process and Master Data team in Technology, part of the Service organization at Siemens Wind Power, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can implement and customize our PLM system, called TeamCenter, enabling us to meet the needs of our continuous growth. In our Process and Master Data team we deliver TeamCenter solutions, Siemens software, which assist and support the user, maximize productivity and streamline global operations. What are my responsibilities? You have the overall Project Management responsibility for the development, customization and implementation of TeamCenter within the Siemens Wind Service division, i.e.: · Overall project scope responsibility including planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder and change management · Project management for the project team (approx. 10 people) ensuring that processes are implemented · Responsibility for TeamCenter being set up according to business requirements and in alignment with the Service organization, IT and Siemens Wind Power · Ensuring alignment and implementation globally in cooperation with the Service regions, i.e. the entire scope from analyzing the needs over customization to training the end users · Ensuring progress of deliverables and project plans in the different TeamCenter initiatives across Service, incl. Service BoM; Spare Part Catalogue; Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO); DMS; CMS etc. · You must expect 10-20 yearly traveling days What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are an experienced project manager with documented results. You have a Master’s degree within business development, engineering, project management or equivalent. · You have +5 years of experience within product and data management. · You have a strong process understanding. You know how to drive projects according to professional PM methodologies. · You work analytically and structured. You strive to reach your goals and meet deadlines. · Experience with TeamCenter or other PLM applications is desired. It is a prerequisite that you have worked as a Project Manager or Consultant in setting up and rolling out similar systems. · You are a strong communicator knowing what it takes to motivate and making people work towards the agreed goal and you possess excellent English skills in speech and writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
