We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of our onshore WTG solutions out of the Product Life Cycle Management department based in Brande, Denmark. The department is part of the Global Engineering&PLM function in the Onshore Market Unit. You will be joining an efficient team of Product/Project Managers and you will have a great opportunity to build a cross-functional network and to deliver visible success. The PLM team is responsible for defining the product requirements and product roadmaps for the Onshore Market Unit. Moreover, the team drives project execution cross-functionally throughout all stages of the product life cycle What are my responsibilities? Responsible for management and timely execution as well as target achievement of complex product development projects across the company value chain You will be responsible for multiple interfaces both locally and internationally as well as functionally and cross-functionally Your responsibility starts with the approval of the product requirement specifications, either for a new product or an upgrade/modification of an existing product, and ends final implementation of serial production Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and teamwork You will be reporting directly to the Head of PLM Direct Drive Solutions What do I need to qualify for this job? Preferably you hold a Masters degree in Engineering or business administration You have 5-10 years of project management experience with relevant PM certifications (e.g. IPMA-B) You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the wind industry or experience with B2B project management in the wider energy industry You have a strong track record and proven outstanding competences as project manager within the field of product development, supply chain management or engineering You have communication and presentation skills People management in a cultural diverse environment or matrix organization Risk management, target monitoring and achievement You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing German or a Scandinavian language is seen as an advantage As a person you are independent and outgoing with a strong character, and you have a quality conscious and structured approach to your projects. Furthermore, you are a team player with the ability to motivate your stakeholders and you thrive in a fast-paced project environment where you possess the drive to succeed.
