For our Project Department in Product Integrity (PI) handling Major Warranty Projects we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager. In PI we provide project management and execute major warranty projects in project category C/B/A cross border, cross customer’s and cross organizational units in a global setup to increase customer satisfaction. What are my responsibilities? · Budget responsible and accountable for executing large scale complex projects (project category C/B/A) worldwide according to Siemens rules and guidelines · Ensure collaboration and teamwork across your project(s) to support Siemens strategy and the evolvement of project management in PI · Being advisor and sparring partner to the organization and colleagues on all levels · Ad hoc tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background as a Bc or Ms in engineering or similar · You have experience (+8 years) in Project Management executing customer construction projects - preferable PM (at) Siemens certified on B level or similar e.g. IPMA B certified · You have experience in and knowledge of Project Management disciplines e.g. Customer value orientation, Financials, planning & controlling, risk/opportunity management, stakeholder management, quality and EHS, team development, leadership in projects, etc · You have experience and knowledge from working in a complex matrix organization, cross borders, cross customers, cross organizational units, with vendors and suppliers and not least customers · You possess excellent people management skills (Leading by example, people development and team development) · You are result orientated and strive to achieve the optimal results for Siemens and its Customers · You take ownership and own your project(s) and you have proven excellent communication and cooperation skills · You have a structured approach to your daily assignments and project(s) in a fast moving environment in a complex organization · You are reliable and trustworthy · You have a good sense of humour and an extrovert personality · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
