Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…have the overall responsibility for scoping, budgeting and executing development projects for the offshore platform according to the Product Roadmap. You will make sure that the development projects are delivered to the budgeted cost, quality and timeline. As Senior Project Manager, you are expected to secure traceability and certification in projects across the entire portfolio, and you will have overall project management responsibility for prototype project deliverables (nacelle, hub, blade, tower, etc.). 

You will also be responsible for: 

• Establish communication and coordination with primary stakeholders across the value chain
• Deliver HSE and Quality improved design within the projects
• Ensure high quality specifications (scoping) towards external stakeholders
• Deliver effective planning, risk management, change management and cost control in projects
• Secure project progress and deliver to approved budget
• Monthly progress reporting
• Prepare gate reports on projects

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has at least 10 years of proven project management experience, preferably within large engineering/design projects. You are result-oriented and a strong decision-maker who involves and informs the stakeholders throughout the project. It is important that you thrive in a high-pressure environment and can meet deadlines while never compromising with safety and quality. 

Furthermore, we expect that you: 

• Have a technical background within a relevant education (e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering)
• Have a risk mitigation approach
• Are flexible and can work with multiple tasks at the same time
• Have good analytical skills
• Are open-minded, self-driven and independent
• Can deliver results through others
• Have certification with in project management (preferred, not required)
